OFFICIAL RULES Dial-In Contest ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. Contest is open to legal residents of Arizona, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sierra H Broadcasting, its subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies of Sierra H Broadcasting, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. HOW TO ENTER: Contest will be mentioned on-air the exact day winning is possible. There is only one way to enter; by dialing ENERGY’S Request line at 602-260-1011 or 1-877-260-1101 as prompted by the program. Listeners are asked to call-in when prompted and can win if they are the numbered call stated on-air. No other method of entry will be accepted. There will be no limit to the number of times a person calls into Energy (KNRJ-FM). Limit one prize per person, family or household per 30 day period. JUDGING: The winner will be selected by phone. Decisions are final and binding on matters relating to this contest. All prizes will be awarded. PRIZES: Prize description and estimated retail value will be announced on-air during the contest period. Prizes will vary depending on the promotion of that particular day. There will be no substitutions for prizes except due to unavailability, in which case, a prize of equal or lesser value will be awarded at the exclusive discretion of the sponsor. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of calls received. NOTIFICATION: Winners living in Arizona will be notified by the on-air talent. The employee will verify eligibility. If winner meets eligibility requirements, they will be given the location to pick-up their prize. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in this promotion and calling into the station, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the judges. By entering the contest, winner agrees to waive any and all claims against the sponsor, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives for personal injury or loss that may occur from the participation in this contest or from the receipt or use of any prize, and grant the sponsor the right to publicize such winner’s name and/or likeness without additional compensation or consideration unless prohibited by law. Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, agents and representatives are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, late, loss, garbled, delayed, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, postage due or illegible entries. Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, agents and representatives, or any telephone network or internet service providers are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss of entry information for any reason whatsoever. If, in the Sponsor’s exclusive judgment, this promotion becomes compromised in any way, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the promotion offer, cancel any method of entry, to void any entries submitted fraudulently or select winners from all eligible entries received prior to act that compromised the promotion. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor or its agents.
